Celebrating an Anniversary

This past weekend we celebrated our third anniversary together. I can’t believe we’ve been together for three years. Of course, we’ve had our ups and downs but we’re now more solid then ever and can’t wait to get married in October.

Ok, let me get to the meat of this post this post. Anniversaries. I don’t think I can express how important anniversaries are to me. They are a celebration of the last year that you’ve spent together – the highs and the lows, the laughing and the crying. With each year brings new experiences, new opportunities to learn from each other. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my years learning from my mister.

Now on to the fun part of anniversaries…presents! I’m not gonna lie, I love getting presents. However, I love giving them even more! I’m sure y’all know this already, but there are handy dandy lists out there that tell you what to buy your husband each year. If not, here’s a list:

Honestly, the classic side of the list seems more interesting to me. I feel like I can take those gift elements and make them into something very creative. I don’t know if my mister is going to follow this list, or if I should even suggest it. I do think it’d be fun to go through the list together each year.
